Set within 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds on the edge of Chorley. Salus Withnell Hall provides an environment perfectly suited to rehab and recovery — offering time for reflection, and the opportunity to refocus and rebuild your life. They have a large range of recovery programmes available to treat; substance and behavioural addictions, mental health conditions and relationship issues. All their care plans are supported by a single care coordinator and are based around four key principles; trauma and addiction, understanding addiction and supporting recovery, relational health and wellbeing and everyday health and wellbeing.

The Pavilion is a residential drug and alcohol detox treatment centre on the outskirts of Lancaster, run by Delphi Medical. As part of a not-for-profit organisation, endeavouring to make detox and addiction treatment as affordable as possible. Our main goal in introducing therapies early on is to empower our patients with knowledge, support and strategies to beat their addiction and truly heal their whole self—body, mind, and spirit.

Acquiesce employs a combination treatment programme which incorporates both therapeutic and 12 step interventions. Acquiesce has found delivering a combination treatment programme extremely effective. The therapeutic and 12 step interventions complement each other and work well in combination. Each staff member of Acquiesce has been specifically recruited to build a highly skilled and experienced team in order to effectively deliver a combination treatment programme. Acquiesce pride themselves on offering a high level of focused, individual treatment to no more than 6 residential individuals at any one time, providing a high quality service at a low cost and ensuring we provide an environment which encourages recovery.

Priory Hospital Preston works in partnership with NHS to provide the best care for all their patients in their 38-bedded independent mental health hospital. Priory Hospital Preston is split into 3 specialised wards; Bartle Ward is dedicated to eating disorders, Cottam Ward and Rosemary Ward are equipped to treat adults struggling with a mental health crisis. On all 3 wards, each patient is assessed to identify all diagnoses to create a personalised treatment plan consisting of occupational therapy, group therapy, dietary plans and psychologist session.

Located on the border of Merseyside and Lancashire, Rainford Hall (Steps Together) are a luxury rehabilitation centre offering residents a range of addiction treatments in a remote, countryside setting.

Shardale’s project is located in St Annes on the Fylde Coast south of Blackpool. Potential participants are typically referred for assessment by their Local Authority, usually in conjunction with their community-based treatment service provider as detoxification is required. Some of our programme participants are privately funded and they will refer themselves directly to the Shardale Admissions Team. The programme provides 36 places for individuals with a history of substance misuse including alcohol, illicit, prescribed, and other mood-altering substances. Currently, Taylor House is the largest stand-alone drug and alcohol residential treatment facility in the North West of England.

Set in an expanse 200-acre private grounds on the outskirts of Lancaster Littledale Hall has 33 beautifully decorated bedrooms, with the privacy and peacefulness ideal for personal growth and therapeutic treatments. They specialise in not only treating addiction but the trauma often associated with addiction. Littledale achieves recovery by teaching their clients about addiction, improve coping skills, strategies to manage negative behaviours, encouraging reconnecting with family and much more.

Lighthouse Care UK aims for a ‘home from home’ feel, giving every client their own space in one of their 42 bedrooms, the majority being en-suite. They offer a wide range of therapies to create a treatment plan perfect for your needs. Additionally, they offer rehabilitation and reintegration services. The reintegration services help with housing enquiries, benefits advice and skills training. Lighthouse Care believes prayer is very important for their Christian clients. So they have a beautiful prayer room for the people that want to take a few moments to either pray or meditate for themselves. But non-religious recovery is also available.
